Jones Pass, CO | 8.59 mi, 1378 ft up, 3537 ft down
What a delight it is to reconnect with old friends! Gigi and I grew up mountain biking together, and here we are, mountain biking together 15 years later. Gigi helped us set up a shuttle on i70 and we all drove up together to the top of Jones Pass.
A wonderful day in the alpine! Most of the climbs here end up being hike-a-bikes, but it’s all worth it for the descent (almost 3x longer than the climb!).
